» Returns Policy

At Performance Foods we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased just return it in its original condition within 14 days unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are planning on returning items to us, please enclose the following information to enable us to deal with your return promptly.
  1. Your Name, Address and Daytime Telephone Number
  2. Reason for return - i.e. Unsuitable, Faulty, Incorrect item sent etc.
  3. What action you would like us to take - i.e. Refund, Exchange for Same Item, Exchange for Different Item
  4. Any other information you believe is relevant to the return.
  5. If you are returning large or heavy items please contact us before returning the goods as we may wish to arrange collection.
For your protection we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service for returns.
